Policy Criteria

We promise to give you the best possible experience without any problems. In case of any complaint process, customers are strictly advised to follow some timelines.

24-Hour Complaints: Physical damage/wrong product complaints should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

30 Days Complaints: It should be less than 30 days for software issues.

More than 30 Days Complaints: Your complaints will only be taken into consideration for repairs if they are more than 30 days old.

Replacement Warranty

All our products come with a 1-month replacement warranty. This means that if your product develops a manufacturing fault or stops working properly within the first 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with a new unit.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The issue must be due to a manufacturing or technical fault (not physical damage or misuse).

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the warranty card (if provided) and proof of purchase.

  • Replacement will only be done after proper verification by our support team.

Standard Warranty

In addition to the replacement period, we offer a 1-year service warranty on most of our products. If your product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, we will repair it or provide the necessary technical support.

What's Covered:

  • Technical or functional faults caused by regular usage.

  • Internal product issues that are not caused by misuse, water damage or accidental breakage.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by drops, spills or misuse.

  • Unauthorised repairs or tampering.

  • Accessories like charging cables, ear tips, etc. (unless clearly mentioned).

How to Claim Warranty

To claim your warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support through WhatsApp or email with your order number and issue details.

  2. Our team will guide you through the verification process.

  3. If eligible, we will arrange for repair or replacement as per our warranty terms.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • Customers are responsible for sending the product to our service center.

  • In case of approved warranty claims, return shipping may be covered customer or buyer (as per case).
