When Can You Return a Product?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Note: Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product was damaged due to mishandling, water damage or accidental drops after delivery.

  • If the product has been used, altered or tampered.

  • If the return request is made after 30 days of delivery.

  • Accessories such as ear tips, charging cables, etc., unless they are faulty on arrival.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in the following cases:

  • If the returned product meets the return criteria and cannot be replaced due to unavailability.

  • If you cancel your prepaid order before it has been shipped.

  • If the order was not delivered due to an error from our end (e.g., incorrect item, delivery failure).

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days via JazzCash, Easypaisa or Bank Transfer.

Replacement Option

In most cases, we prefer to offer a replacement rather than a refund, especially if the issue is related to functionality or damage. Replacement is quicker and ensures you still get the product you wanted.

How to Request a Return or Refund?

  • Photo or video proof of the issue (if applicable)

  • If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to customer preference or mistake (e.g., changed mind, wrong item ordered), the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
