Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders — regardless of the order value. Whether you are ordering a single product or multiple items, you will not be charged any delivery fee.
Packaging and Handling
All products are packed with care to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. We use tamper-proof packaging, especially for fragile items. In case of any visible damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photo/video of the package.
All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch.
Delivery Timeframe
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days depending on your location. Deliveries in major cities may arrive earlier, while remote areas might take slightly longer.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. Royal Tech Co is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently support Cash on Delivery in most all over the Pakistan. This allows you to pay once your parcel is delivered. Please ensure someone is available at your given address to receive and pay for the package.
Online Payment Option
While Cash on Delivery is currently available, we are working to launch secure online payment options soon. Meanwhile, if you prefer to pay in advance, please contact our customer support team to arrange payment via JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to check your parcel’s real-time status. If you face any issues, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive for timely deliveries, some orders may be delayed due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather, courier strikes or natural events. We will inform you in such cases and do our best to resolve the situation quickly.
